Erica Bray is a Mayo Clinic-trained wellness professional who teaches mindfulness, yoga and meditation. In addition to leading in-person and virtual classes for studio and private clients, she has facilitated customized programs for global brands such as Pinterest, J.P. Morgan, LinkedIn, Pandora, Spotify, Champagne Henriot and Leo Burnett. A teacher affiliate with The Center for Mindful Living, Erica is a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher trained by the University of Massachusetts Medical School and holds more than 1,000 hours in specialized yoga training. Her exploration has also led her to in-depth studies at ashrams and yoga centers in India (twice), Nepal, Thailand, Bali and The Bahamas. In-person studies with renowned teachers such as Jon Kabat-Zinn, Sharon Salzberg, Bob Stahl, Shiva Rea, Maty Ezraty, Seane Corn, Gabriel Halpern and Aadil Palkivala have influenced her life and teaching. Expect her classes to be thoughtful, playful and accessible to all. Erica is a graduate of Northwestern University (M.S., B.S.), Moksha Yoga Center (CYT) and Bloom Yoga (Prenatal CYT) who resides in Chicagoland with her husband, rescue dog and daughter — all of whom help her put mindfulness practices to work each day.

    Erica facilitates programs for the corporate, clinical and educational settings. Each program is customized to business and employee needs and goals — with experiential components designed to meet your audience where they're at. Please enquire about a menu of options.

  • Prenatal Yoga

    Erica loves sharing modified practices to support prenatal health and mama-baby bonding. She is the daughter of two OB/GYNs; is specifically trained in teaching prenatal yoga; and utilized it during her own fertility journey and pregnancy.

  • Private Classes

    Erica offers 1:1 and small-group classes designed around your schedule. She teaches to all experience levels, from beginners to experienced yogis and meditators. She has worked with everyone from busy CEOs to frazzled SHMs to injured athletes.
